DB Journey had built a cult following—stylish, functional travel gear backed by snowboarding pros and creative nomads. But in 2024, they needed to:

  • Scale paid advertising profitably across key EU markets
  • Reduce customer acquisition cost while increasing ROAS
  • Tap into lifestyle communities in Germany, Spain, and the Nordics

The Strategy

We executed a performance-first, content-smart approach to paid campaigns, integrated with organic creative and local influencer activations.

Phase 1: Funnel Build + Market Prioritization

We ran a digital audit and broke the campaign into key tiers:

  • Awareness: Lifestyle creatives (TikTok + Reels) showing real use cases
  • Consideration: Review-style content, carousels, and “pack with me” walkthroughs
  • Conversion: Retargeting ads with urgency, bundles, and localized CTAs
